An EM (Electro Magnetic) Pulse was send to the Dioptric Surveyor today causing major electrical failure. They still have engine power but it was great seeing the TV set on board go up in flames along with all their communications equipment.

Gave the 'Surveyor' a 3 minute warning before submerging to launch a ballastic missile. The 'Surveyor' then made hasty speed due north west towards South-End. Unfortunately we stood down this time. Next time they won't be so lucky.
