As it has been a particular busy last couple of days, I'll now address some of the issues that have been outstanding. Since receiving the new batch of light bulbs, we seem to have no problems which is a relief. Hans Downapantz, despite getting his Grolsh, is still a miserable bastard. I may put a request in for a replacement as I am now having tendancies to want to strangle him.
